Privacy policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

The software does not send us anything. Sphragis is a self-hosted binary that runs on your own machine. Your prompts, your redacted requests and your audit log stay on your infrastructure. This policy concerns only this website, sphragis.eu.

Who we are

This site is operated by Nick Nikolakakis, based in Athens, Greece (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, contact privacy@sphragis.eu.

What this website collects

  • Privacy-friendly analytics. We use cookieless, aggregate analytics to count page views. No cookies are set and no individual visitor is profiled or tracked across sites.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider may process standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) transiently to serve the page and protect against abuse.
  • Anything you choose to send us. If you email us, we receive what you write and your address, used only to reply.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or set marketing cookies.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Request handling and any analytics are subject to Cloudflare's processing as our hosting and analytics provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of any personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Email privacy@sphragis.eu to exercise these rights.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
